Dr. Dale Mood is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Mood’s research includes the application of measurement, evaluation, statistics, research design and computers to the field of kinesiology, and the development of standards and curricula of graduate and undergraduate programs in kinesiology. The author of Sports and Recreational Activities for Men and Women as well as a long list of research articles, Dr. Mood career is highlighted by numerous awards, including most recently the Honor Award from the Measurement and Evaluation Council of AAHPERD, the Robert L. Stearns Award from the University of Colorado and the Boulder Faculty Assembly Teaching Award.
